How to make an appointment
Before contacting us, please consider the following
Check it is not an emergency
Call 111 or 999 for urgent medical help if you have any of these symptoms, as your request will not be seen immediately:
- Crushing chest pain and tightness
- New drooping on one side of the face, slurred speech, difficulty raising your arms, weakness or numbness on one side of your body
- Severe difficulty breathing
- Heavy bleeding that will not stop
- Severe injuries
- Feeling suicidal, or wanting to harm yourself or others
To request an appointment
By phone
Telephone from 8:00am, or visit the reception desk from 8:30am, on the day you wish to be seen or up to 6 weeks in advance.

You must be aged 16 or over and have a verified NHS login or valid photo ID to register.
