These resources can support healthy eating, weight management, asthma, COPD, diabetes prevention or self-management, and mental health and wellbeing.

Foodwise for Life is a practical app to support healthy eating and weight management.
Mental health apps and support
Hywel Dda University Health Board has teamed up with ORCHA, the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Apps, to select a variety of free digital health apps to support your mental health.
These apps cover a range of mental health topics, including meditation, sleep, anxiety, depression and support when you most need it.
Hywel Dda App Library
The Hywel Dda App Library supports all aspects of your health and wellbeing, making it easier to start taking care of your own health and wellbeing.
Anyone can use the app library. It is completely free to browse and you do not need to create an account.
