Our patient registration policy does not discriminate on the grounds of race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation or appearance, disability or medical condition.

Step 2 - Complete a new patient registration form
If you live within the boundary area, please complete our new patient registration form.
When you register, it is helpful to have your NHS number. You can find this using the official NHS website.
Temporary services
If you are ill while away from home, or if you are not registered with a GP but need to see one, you can receive emergency treatment from a local GP practice for up to 14 days.
You may be registered as a temporary patient for up to three months. This allows you to stay registered with your permanent GP while receiving care locally.
After three months, you will need to re-register as a temporary patient or register permanently with that practice.
To register as a temporary patient, contact the practice you wish to use. Practices do not have to accept temporary patients, but they must offer emergency treatment.
You cannot register as a temporary patient at a practice in the same area where you are already registered.
